Shipping & Delivery
General Shipping InformationShipments are delivered Monday through Saturday. All items offered on mymojo.co.nz are shipped directly from our warehouse to your shipping location. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. Shipments are sent using New Zealand Post and Couriers when required.
- Who do I call if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?
If your order is broken or damaged then contact our support group here so we can arrange a replacement. If the shipment looks fine but the unpackaged contents are damaged please contact our support team as soon as possible. We aim to supply replacements in a timely fashion.

- MyMojo respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. MyMojo believes in keeping your information confidential. We only collect information from you when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. Any information we collect is used for the purpose of providing you with a more satisfying and personalized shopping and browsing experience.
MyMojo does not share, sell or rent any personal information to other companies or third parties.
Returns & Replacements
- If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping costs). Only items that are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
- While rare, defects and order mistakes occasionally occur. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

2. A brief description of the problem (including any packaging issues, if applicable)

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept credit card payments, bank transfers or purchase orders for on account customers.

- Click "My Orders" on your "My Account" page to view details of any orders that you have placed.
